We would love to have you in Arkansas.
I would suggest contacting The Chruch at Rock Creek or Fellowship Bible Church (both in Little Rock). They both have great facilities for concerts.

What's the story on your 3 nights in Wisconsin Dells? Are these nights closed to the general public? I'd love to make some plans!
